Chuck prides himself in his ability to strategically build every case with attention to detail that allows him to aggressively achieve maximum results for clients. After graduation from Washington & Lee School of Law, Chuck practiced insurance defense (the other side of Plaintiffs) with Butler and Burnette in Tampa, FL and then joined Cameron, Marriott & Hodges in Daytona Beach, FL and tried many cases throughout the area.
In 1991, Chuck moved to Atlanta, GA and continued defending insurance companies as a partner at Salter & Richards and as a partner at Donahue, Hoey, Rawls, Skedsvold and Richards. Finally, in 1999, Chuck started his own firm focusing on the Plaintiff’s side of personal injury, as well as other various litigation. After a brief break from the practice of law, Chuck returned as “Of Counsel” to Bross, McAllister & Williams in 2016. In 2018, Chuck started Richards Law where he seeks to aggressively represent clients, maximizing their settlement while aiding their physical and mental recovery.
